Emergency Maintenance:

Our primary router must be rebooted. Unfortunately the change we need to make for the router to continue performing as needed requires a full reboot. The reboot will occur early tomorrow morning.

Services Affected: All Internet connectivity for DirectLink members and wholesalers.

 

Members Affected: All HSI subscribers & EZVideo and EZVideo Classic subscribers.

 

Start time and/or Estimated Duration: The disruption will occur sometime between 2 am - 4 am on Thursday 3/1/18 for approximately 15 minutes.


After the maintenance, if you having trouble reconnecting you may need to powercycle your router and/or modem.
