Need Help With Email?
When you start Internet service with DirectLink you will be provided at least one new email account. With each email account there is an associated password. If you do not have this information please call in to tech support. To manage your email accounts, passwords and quota space sign-in to your account and go to the email accounts page.
Once you know your email account and password you can access it a number of different ways. Click here for an introduction to your email account and various tutorials on setting and accessing your email.

Included with your email account is a set of spam filters and virus scanners to protect your inbox from malicious or unwanted email. For more information on your spam filter and accessing the spam folder and settings click here.
