There is a scheduled maintenance to upgrade our email servers. The maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours, however the expected downtime is approximately 20 minutes.
Expected Impact:
- Users will be unable to access email during system down-time. This will affect any email clients (such as Outlook, Windows Mail, and Mac Mail), as well as the web mail portal at: https://mail.mydirectlink.net/.
- Incoming email will continue to be scanned by and stored by the Edgewave appliances, which are not part of this maintenance. All messages will be delivered to the Zimbra systems by the Edgewaves after maintenance is complete.
Estimated Maintenance Window:
12:01 am - 2:00 PST, Thursday, 1/18/2018.
