We want to make it as easy as possible for members to pay their DirectLink bill. Our team would like to make members aware of various third-party online bill pay services that claim you can pay your DirectLink bill through their website. While some of these websites are legitimate, they may charge extra fees for using their services. In addition, DirectLink may not receive your payment on time which can result in late fees being posted to your account or even disconnection of services due to non-payment. The image below is an example of Doxo.com, one of many third-party bill pay websites.  


Please know that none of these bill pay services are endorsed by DirectLink. We recommend setting up an account with SmartHub. This is DirectLink's official account management tool, and it’s offered through a web browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome as well as in a mobile app for Apple or Android devices. With SmartHub, you can update your contact information, set up payment methods to automatically pay your bill each month, and view your bill statements. SmartHub does not require any fees for managing your account, including paying your bill.
