DirectLink will be updating our network firmware beginning at 12:01AM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 with an expected completion time of 6:00AM. You can expect to experience two brief interruptions to Internet and/or Voice service (including 9-1-1 access) for up to 15 minutes each while this work occurs.
