Update 12/23/2025 8:30 AM - Since the remedy put in place yesterday afternoon, the Email platform has been responsive and stable. Please contact us if you are still having issues sending/receiving mail.

Update 12/22/2025 11:30 AM Additional resources have been deployed to the Email platform to alleviate issues seen by some users when trying to send email. The team continues to investigate the overall issue to identify a fix.

We have received reports that SMTP (outgoing mail) is experiencing delays and errors on the Webmail platform "Zimbra" (located at mail.mydirectlink.net). We will keep this post updated as we receive more information from our Webmail vendor.
