We hope you and your loved ones remain safe during this difficult weather event.
Due to the impact of the storm on power and on our employees, we are working with a very limited member services staff.
Our outside plant technicians are working to restore and keep the essential service of telephone up and running. However, your internet and/or video issues may not be addressed until after power is restored and damaged facilities are repaired.
We ask that you only call our office if you need to notify us that your telephone service is down as we work with a limited staff.
Please know you may experience longer hold times than typical.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this unprecedented weather impact. Thank you.
