We have received notice from several members about an individual posing as a DirectLink employee canvassing neighborhoods throughout our service area. This person has reportedly been knocking on doors falsely claiming to be a representative from DirectLink.
When working in the community, DirectLink staff wear company-branded clothing and carry identification with them. In addition, we are NOT conducting door-to-door sales. If you are approached by an individual claiming to be a DirectLink employee at your home, we ask that you please call your local DirectLink office to provide us with information as we work with local authorities to resolve the situation.
