Sweepstakes Rules:
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants must be an existing cooperative member in good standing or become a cooperative member by subscribing to DirectLink internet service.
- Entries are limited to one (1) per account per method outlined below.
- One (1) entry for a new, unwrapped toy dropped at either DirectLink office between October 13 and December 12, 2025.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- Winner will be selected randomly from all entry methods on January 8, 2026, and contacted directly via email, phone, or other contact method on file. Entrants must be a DirectLink member in good standing and receive DirectLink internet service at the time of the drawing.
- Winner will need to present photo identification prior to prize being awarded.
- DirectLink employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
- The value of the 50” Smart TV prize is valued at no more than $400 and is not transferrable for cash.
- Standard internet service pricing can be found at www.DirectLink.coop.
- Winner’s name and photo will be posted on the www.DirectLink.coop website as well as the DirectLink newsletter and various press releases. Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of the winner’s voice, name, likeness, biographical information and/or photograph for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the Promotion.
- Tax Information: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Services may not be available in all areas to all subscribers.
- Void where prohibited.
- The Oregon courts (state and federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of Oregon shall govern the sweepstakes. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
- Winner List: For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-address envelope, specifying your request to: DirectLink, PO Box 880, Canby, OR 97013. The winner will be available after February 1, 2026.
