Due to coronavirus/COVID-19 precautions and the safety of our community and staff, the DirectLink office is closed to the public until further notice.

There are many ways to communicate with us outside of a personal visit:

  • Call us at 503.266.8111 or 503.845.2291
  • Email us at WeCare@DirectLink.coop
  • Chat with Tech Support at DirectLink.coop/support
  • Insert payments or communications into the external drop box at either office 24/7
  • Log in to your SmartHub account for payments, bill amount inquiries, and subscription modifications
  • Mail payments or communications through U.S. Mail

CASH PAYMENTS: Cash payments in the drop box are discouraged. If you must pay with cash, please place in a sealed envelope and include your remittance stub or account number to ensure the credit is applied to the right account.
